For example I make travel essential items list. I saved it on my phone, every time I travel, I just need to check that list and pack accordingly. No need to remember things suddenly and panic about not packing. 

It saves my time and makes packing hassle free. It is like a little check list.  

Make a List of activities you enjoy, so that next time you see yourself mindlessly scrolling not knowing what to do with your time, just open the list of things you enjoy, and select anything from it.

I even make lists of things I want to buy, or desire. So next time when I will be looking for things, I just need to open that particular list.

This simple habit saves time and makes life stress free. Hassle free. Improves your productivity.
